Installing it

The file is about 60 MB. On mobile data that's roughly a minute.

Allow the install
Android will warn that the file came from outside the Play Store. Choose Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.

Open and sign in
Use the same email and password as the web app. Your packages and shipments are already there.
On an iPhone? iPhone isn't supported yet. Use the web app in your browser — it does everything the Android app does.

Anything else, ask us on WhatsApp — we reply within the hour.
- Is it safe to install?
- The warning Android shows appears for every app not installed through the Play Store — it is about where the file came from, not what is in it. Download only from this page, on our own domain, so you know the file is ours.
- How do I get updates?
- Come back to this same link and download again; installing over the top keeps you signed in and keeps your data. We'll tell you on WhatsApp when there's a new version.
- Why isn't it on the Play Store?
- It's on the way. Direct download lets us get the app to customers now rather than waiting on review.
Once we're on Google Play this page will point there instead, and this same link will still work.
